Out of offices in London, Istanbul and Izmir, Longevita team generates new patient leads through digital marketing, provides treatment plans and price quotations to patients, arranges appointments and bookings for international patients coming to Turkey for private medical treatments. Patients are assisted during their stay in Turkey as well in regards to their hotel arrangements, transfers, and hosting/translation services.

Longevita has been acclaimed as a leader in the medical tourism industry by respectable international media such as BBC Radio, Daily Mail, Daily Record, Daily Mirror, Manchester Evening News, WalesOnline and local media such as Sabah, Milliyet, Cumhuriyet, Haberturk, Aksam as well as international congresses in the USA, UK and Monaco.

The firm is looking for International Patient Relations Specialists based in ISTANBUL interested in building a career in medical tourism industry.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree from Tourism administration, English translation and interpretation, English or American language and literature, International Relations, School of nursing or medical related academic programmes taught in English
  • Fluency in formal written and spoken English, additional Western European language is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in B2C Customer Relationship Management
  • Organizational skills, multi tasking expertise, interpersonal skills, communication skills, self motivation, persistency and performance under pressure
  • Flexibility in working hours and days including weekends when required
  • Prior experience with CRM software is a plus
