HDS/Oncology Business Development Manager. ISTANBUL

 

As HDS/Oncology Product Manager based within Medicinal and Procedural Solutions (MPS)  division, reporting to Business Manager, MPS, your key challenge will be, business development in the governmental and private segments, alliance management, pricing strategies, stakeholder mapping and management, working with association and medical societies as well as setting growth plan. Responsible for a portfolio which includes, HDS, safety cannula accessories inside oncology centres. catheter systems, specialty needles and infusion accessories etc. You’ll identify growth opportunities and ensure execution of strategic plans to accelerate the growth in Turkey, by building brand awareness in target groups – nurses, doctors, pharmacists, hospital management, distributors, KOLs ( Key opinion leader).  You’ll also be involved in:

  • participating actively in formulating and  ensuring  the implementation of brand strategies and tactics to generate sales growth in the market
  • optimizing tender management  in Turkey
  • assuring meaningful and actionable market knowledge and insights/analytics in the market
  • contributing to demand forecast in close collaboration with local management and other local functions
  • interacting with European/Regional Strategic Marketing to validate local strategy
  • contributing  to financial budgeting, forecasting in close collaboration with local management and other local functions

To deliver the growth we’re looking for  a Degree-level professional with minimum 3 years of experience in brand management. As an expert you’ll be selling solution to oncology centres (strategy and tactics)  and working closely with the clinical team to generate local data in Turkey· You will also:

  • demonstrate strong business acumen (including ability to analyze information and make recommendations to management)
  • be strong strategic thinker who anticipates trends and competitive activity
  • strives for continuous improvement in self, others and in processes and procedures
  • show a strong aptitude for dealing with ambiguity
