FINANCIAL ANALYST

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, finance, economics
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as auditor preferably in Big 4 or public accounting firms
• Additional experience as finance specialist, controlling specialist or similar in corporate finance, preferably in production Company context is an asset
• Progressive commercial finance experience in a dynamic sales partnering environment
• Strong analytical focus with business modeling and forecasting experience
• Proven ability to influence and challenge outcomes to drive results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Big picture thinking with inherent curiosity to understand and own the detail
• Progressive business experience with a focus on reporting and quantitative analysis in a dynamic business environment
• Competent to apply higher-level judgment and strategic thinking
• Able to multi-task with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in analysis and presentation
• Must be able to clearly articulate concepts throughout all levels of the organization
• Must have a strong work ethic, ability to work independently
• Self-starter who can meet deadlines
