INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER
 For our Growing Organization, we, as the leader Private Hospitals Group in Antalya Region, are looking for an Internal Audit Manager to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risks management, control, and governance processes. 
QUALIFICATIONS
Our requirements for  Internal Audit Manager  position is as follow;

•  Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration, finance economics or related areas
•  Having minimum 8 years experience in Internal Audit 
•  Fluency in English (speaking & writing & translating)
•  Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
•  Knowledge of internal auditing standards, auditing techniques and processes
•  Strong analytical skills
•  Excellent communication skills  and  strong negotiation skills
•  Result focused and good attention to details
•  Holding one or more of the professional certifications such as CIA, SMMM is a plus
•  Locates or willing to locate in Antalya
•  No travel restriction in Antalya Region
•  Having no military service obligation (For male candidates)

• Build and Review of internal control processes, process flowcharts, risk-control matrices, policies and procedures of the Group Hospitals
• Perform risk management and control management to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the organization’s governance, operations and control processes.
• Perform Reliability and integrity of financial and operational information,
• Following-up the audit findings and recommendations to Management
• Monitoring the results of auditworks to Management and BoD
